Victoria threads for nose correction are a special type of thread made specifically for correcting the shape of the nose. These threads are designed specifically for the correction, volume, and shape of the wings and the tip of the nose, and are not used to correct other areas of the body. The Victoria FA and FG types are not intended for correcting a nasal bridge, cure a saddle nose, or correct a nasal septum.

Specifications

Depending on the purpose, there are two types of threads: type FA and type FG.
The structures of both types of nasal threads are similar in that half of the thread passes through a blunt cannula. For the FA type, the thread inside the cannula is not serrated, while the FG type sutures are notched along the entire length.

Nasal threads are made from polydioxanone or polycaprolactone with lactic acid.
